Status checks failed for SQL Query

This was a monitoring issue. Our status checks for the affected services failed, but the service stayed available. This time now counts as uptime.

The status check is succeeding again.

GET /health got no answer within 8 seconds. AWS us-east-1 (dynamodb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com) did not answer the status checks either, so the network between the checks and AWS us-east-1 is the likely problem, not the data plane. US East (AWS - N. Virginia) - us-east-1 also got no answer. The other 5 checks in this run got an answer.
