Describe what is happening, including what you were doing. The more specific you are, the easier it is for the on-call engineer to find the issue.

Your contact details

Use your work email so the on-call engineer can reply. This declares a Grafana incident and pages the Spice.ai on-call team. If an incident is already open, your report is added to it and the on-call engineer is paged again.
