Status checks failed for SQL Query

This was a monitoring issue. Our status checks for the affected services failed, but the service stayed available. This time now counts as uptime.

The status check is succeeding again.

GET /health got no answer within 8 seconds on the second try, after GET /health answered in 433 ms, then GET /healthz got no answer within 8 seconds on the first. AWS us-east-1 (dynamodb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com) answered the status checks in 172 ms, so the checks can reach AWS us-east-1. The data plane is most likely slow or unavailable. Every other check in this run got an answer.
